1. The concept of "digital reprint rights" still means that the "authors" retain the "digital rights of creation and copyright." The "purchaser" can only sell unaltered copies of this book in .exe format as produced by the publisher, AuctionSourceBooks.com

2. The content of the ebook, may only be sold by the "purchaser" in a digital reprint format and not in a physical or hard copy format of any kind. This restriction applies to CD-Rom or other tangible media.

3. The "purchaser" cannot claim an exclusive right to sell this ebook, nor can he/she transfer this right to any other person or company.

4. All of the "authors'" copyright notices for their book shall remain intact with no modifications in any way.

5. The downloaded copies of "Auction Sources Big Book" sold by the "purchaser" will retain the exact composition by the authors with no changes whatsoever.

6, The "purchaser" gains only a "resell rights" license with no claims either in a written or a verbal format to the "authors'" copyright, authorship, and intellectual properties contained in the book.

7. The website, processing of payments, payment of your affiliates, credit card processing fees and any other fees associated with the resale of this ebook are the "purchaser's" sole responsibility.
